Domestic Shipping Policy 🚚

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 12 PM (business day) are shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM are dispatched on the next business day.
  • Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may vary.

Delivery Timelines 🏡

All orders are dispatched from Madurai, and estimated delivery times are:

  • Madurai: 2 days (Same-day delivery available on request).
  • Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.): 3-5 days.
  • Non-Metro Areas: 3-7 days depending on location.

Note: Delivery timelines may change due to unavoidable circumstances.

Shipping Charges & COD Policy 💰

  • Prepaid Orders: No minimum order value required.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, this option is not available.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above Rs. 1000.

International Shipping ✈️

Cancellation & Refund Policy ❌

Cancellation Guidelines

  • Orders can be canceled only if the status is “Pending” in your Order History.
  • Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.
  • KaviKart reserves the right to approve or decline any cancellation request.

Refund Policy

  • If an order is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued.
  • If an order is not received, shipping charges, packing fees, and a 2% payment gateway transaction fee are non-refundable.
  • Urgent orders are not accepted at this time.
