Domestic Shipping Policy 🚚

Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed before 12 PM (business day) are shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM are dispatched on the next business day.
- Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may vary.
Delivery Timelines 🏡
All orders are dispatched from Madurai, and estimated delivery times are:
- Madurai: 2 days (Same-day delivery available on request).
- Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.): 3-5 days.
- Non-Metro Areas: 3-7 days depending on location.
Note: Delivery timelines may change due to unavoidable circumstances.
Shipping Charges & COD Policy 💰
- Prepaid Orders: No minimum order value required.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, this option is not available.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders above Rs. 1000.
International Shipping ✈️
We ship worldwide using trusted international courier services.
- Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days.

Cancellation & Refund Policy ❌
At KaviKart, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation and refund guidelines below:
Cancellation Guidelines
- Orders can be canceled only if the status is “Pending” in your Order History.
- Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.
- KaviKart reserves the right to approve or decline any cancellation request.
Refund Policy
- If an order is canceled before processing, a full refund will be issued.
- If an order is not received, shipping charges, packing fees, and a 2% payment gateway transaction fee are non-refundable.
- Urgent orders are not accepted at this time.
