Refund and Exchange Policy

At KaviKart, we strive to make your shopping experience enjoyable and hassle-free. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity and transparency before, during, and after your purchase. Please carefully review the terms below before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if the product has not been dispatched. To cancel, please email us at support@kavikart.store with your order details.

Upon cancellation, store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.

Transit Damage

We take utmost care in delivering your products safely. However, if the product is damaged in transit:

  • An opening video is mandatory. Record a complete video while unboxing the parcel and ensure the damaged item is clearly visible.
  • Email the video along with your order details to support@kavikart.store for immediate replacement.
  • Without an unboxing video, we will be unable to process your request.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange services within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items purchased on sale, with a coupon, or using a gift voucher are non-exchangeable.

Process

  1. Email us at support@kavikart.store with the subject: Exchange Request [Order ID].
  2. Provide a 360-degree unboxing video showing any damage or issues.
  3. We will respond within 24 working hours with further instructions.

Additional Notes

  • Exchanges are limited to the same product. If the product is out of stock, a credit note will be issued.
  • Customized products (e.g., personalized items) are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges due to size issues must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Sizes are detailed in the product description, so please check before ordering.
  • Customers may be responsible for minimal to-and-fro shipping costs based on parcel size. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to arrange the return shipping yourself.
  • If the product is not handed over within 5-7 business days of raising the request, the exchange will be canceled.
